Processing Time

• Standard items: Orders ship within 3-7 business days
• Made-to-order/custom items: Ships within 5-14 business days
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

Shipping Methods & Rates We offer several shipping options at checkout with rates calculated based on your location and order weight. Shipping is provided through USPS and UPS 

Delivery Timeframes

• US Standard Shipping: 3-14 business days
• US Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
• International Shipping: 7-21 business days (varies by destination)

Geographic Coverage We currently ship to USA only.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Multi-Location Fulfillment Orders are fulfilled from our nearest warehouse location to ensure faster delivery times.

Local Pickup Local pickup is available at select locations. Choose this option at checkout if available in your area.

Shipping Issues If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at tee-machine@usa.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
